The Study on the Historical Expansion Process And the Method of the Abdominal Diagnostics

Abstract
|
|
|
We made normal group 60 persons, unilateral numbness group 15 persons and cerebral infarction group 15 persons an object of this study. We used TCD and measured through temporal window velocity and P.I.(pulsatility index) of MCA(middle cerebral artery) under stable state, remeasured gradient of velocity and P.I. after apnea or hyperpnea. The results are as follows.
1. Mean velocity of MCA in normal group significantly decreased with aging. And the gradient of mean velocity after apnea or hyperpnea also decreased.
2. In comparing normal group with cerebral infarction group, mean velocity the gradient of mean velocity after apnea or hyperpnea in cerebral infarction group decreased. But the gradient of P.I. did not show any important difference.
3. In comparing normal group with unilateral numbness group, there is little difference with mean velocity and P.I. between two groups.
4. There is no significant difference with mean velocity, P.I. of right and left MCA in normal group. And the gradient of mean velocity and P.I. after apnea or hyperpnea also shows no meaningful result.
5. In unilateral numbness group, there is little difference with mean velocity and P.I. of MCA of normal side and abnormal side. But the gradient of mean velocity of MCA of abnormal side after apnea or hyperpnea, compared with normal side, significantly decreased. And P.I. shows little difference.
